Polly has over 30 years of dental practice experience beyond her. Her career direction took a decidedly different path back in 1983 when her family dentist in Denver, Colorado invited her to temporarily “fill in” at the front desk during a staff underlap. From this introduction to the world of dentistry, she quickly and eagerly went about immersing herself learning every aspect of the dental office, as well as the business side of running a successful, patient-oriented dental practice. Polly has continued to hone and polish her dental knowledge and business skills working for named dental practices in Colorado, Florida, New Mexico and of course here in Virginia where she has worked with this practice since 1998. Besides work, she maintains a busy marriage/family schedule raising two college-age boys and attending to her “sharp as a tack” 87-year-old mother. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, walking with her husband and dogs, and travel. Some of her favorite spots around the world are Vancouver, British Columbia, Iceland, and New Zealand. The best part about working at Drs. Chad and Pooja Kasperowski’s office for Polly is the daily interaction with wonderful patients and the practice’s team. It’s a joy to come to work every day.
